With more than 25 years of culinary experience, Executive Chef Sergio Ledesma leads the kitchen at Geraldine’s, where he brings a thoughtful approach to modern Mexican cuisine. Throughout his career, Chef Ledesma has developed and led acclaimed culinary concepts across North America, including La Central San Pedro in Monterrey and Cabo San Lucas and Xocolat Posh Mexican Cuisine in Calgary. He also served as National Corporate Chef for Mr. Pampas Do Brasil, overseeing culinary operations, menu development, and culinary standards across 13 locations.

Chef Ledesma’s dedication to culinary excellence has earned recognition throughout his career, including being named the 2022 Hispanic Top Chef winner, first place in the 2007 AGC Chef Competition, and first place in the 2006 Rocky Mountain Food & Wine Show culinary competition.
