Terms & Conditions:

Each qualifying meeting must consist of at least 10 or more paid peak night guest rooms and group must actualize with meeting their contracted attrition terms in total room night commitment and F&B minimum and room rental, if applicable. All groups who achieve contracted terms receive: 15% discount on Encore-owned AV Equipment if Encore is the sole provider of AV services and one upgrade to a premium suite based upon availability. Additional group perk options include the following terms and conditions: 1/20 upgrades to a one-bedroom suite based upon availability. Credit applied to master account charges only excluding commission, AV, taxes and service fees, and outside third parties. Presidential Suite at Group Rate based upon availability. Complimentary margaritas based upon group contracting payment of a Guest Amenity Fe. Waived Guest Amenity Fees do not qualify. Welcome bags to be delivered to guests at check-in and do not include additional fees for room deliveries. Offer cannot be combined with another promotional offer.
