This place is AMAZING. My coordinator went above and beyond to make our day special and stress-free. The staff at this place is consistently courteous and kind. They accommodated all sorts of last-minute requests with class and grace. Are wedding planners available on-site?

While we do not have dedicated in-house wedding planners, our experienced events team will guide you through all venues, food and beverage, and logistical planning. We do require a licensed wedding planner to be contracted for all weddings, and our catering team will work closely with the wedding planner to execute the client’s wedding vision.

Does Hotel Van Zandt have preferred wedding vendors?

Yes, we maintain a list of trusted preferred vendors, including planners, florists, photographers, and entertainment partners. These vendors are familiar with our spaces and help ensure a smooth and successful event experience. We are always welcoming the opportunity for new vendors to be added to the list after executing a successful event at our hotel.

Do you offer shoulder dates or pre/post-night rates?
