Join us for a one-night-only culinary collaboration as Chef Kevin Taylor and Executive Chef Ralph Montes of ATX Cocina partner with Executive Chef Sergio Ledesma and Executive Sous Chef Francisco Romo of Geraldine’s.

On May 21, beginning at 5 PM, this intimate eight-course tasting experience will showcase Mexican cuisine balancing deeply rooted regional tradition with precise modern execution. Each course is thoughtfully composed as a dialogue between chefs, reflecting seasonality, craftsmanship, and a shared respect for culinary heritage reimagined.

This is a rare opportunity to experience four accomplished chefs at the same table, including Chef Sergio Ledesma, whose 25+ year career spans award-winning kitchens across Mexico and Canada and includes recognition as the 2022 Hispanic Top Chef winner, and Chef Ralph Montes, whose Michelin-level training includes time at Trois Mec, Taco María, and Hotel Emma.

This is an intimate experience crafted with intention, executed at the highest level, and available in extremely limited seating.
