Join us for a one-of-a-kind culinary collaboration as Geraldine’s welcomes the internationally acclaimed Paradiso Barcelona for an unforgettable evening of food, cocktails, and creative exchange.

On September 4th, 5th and 6th, Executive Chef Sergio Ledesma will pair his inspired cuisine with a thoughtfully curated selection of cocktails from Paradiso, Barcelona’s celebrated cocktail bar known for its inventive approach to mixology. Together, the experience brings two distinct culinary and cocktail perspectives to the table with a 7-course pairing menu, connecting the vibrant spirit of Austin with the creativity and craft of Barcelona. The menu includes:

Amuse Bouche | Trio de pintxos | Gilda de jalapeno, boqueron and cordial olives, pan tomate with iberico ham and pepper jam, octopus and chintextle tostada 

Primero | Crudo de Lubina, piparra, capers, serrano pepper, citric, extra virgin olive oil | ATLANTIDE 

Segundo | Seared scallop with habanero ajo blanco sauce, bergamot oil, fava bean pure | ATLANTIDE 

Tercero | Blue corn quesadilla, Idiazabal cheese, squash blossom, mushroom | ENIGMA 

Cuarto | Duo de croquetas | Pressed chicharron croquette and oxtail croquette with pasilla mixe aioli | ENIGMA 

Quinto | Lamb chop, mole verde and cheese tamal | SUBTERRANEUM 

Sexto | Churro with a coffee, orange and cacao nib ice cream 

This is a rare opportunity to experience the artistry of Geraldine’s alongside one of the world’s most celebrated cocktail destinations. Two seatings will be available at 5:00p and 8:00p.
